SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. happydachy reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until happydachy confirms acceptance and payment is successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as happydachy may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and shown in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties or taxes unless expressly stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the products are handed to the carrier.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or rights in the intellectual property of happydachy, Shopify, or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
happydachy names, logos, designs and slogans are trademarks of happydachy. Shopify’s trademarks remain the property of Shopify.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use of optional tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or content. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
happydachy is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with happydachy, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales or transactions between you and happydachy.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, you grant happydachy a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders where information is inaccurate.
