Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a further notification once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: Approximately 8 business days from order date

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (or displayed at checkout where applicable)

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over AUD $100, where applicable.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. happydachy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@happydachy.com.


Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to selected countries, including the United States (USA), New Zealand (NZ) and the United Kingdom (UK).

International orders may be subject to:

  • Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Longer delivery times

  • Customs clearance procedures

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

happydachy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not indicate that it has shipped. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@happydachy.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.


Lost or Stolen Packages

happydachy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbours or household members

  • Check around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, safe place)

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Allow 24–48 hours, as some deliveries are marked as delivered early

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us at hello@happydachy.com and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@happydachy.com providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the outer packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcels may be subject to:

  • A refund of the product cost minus original shipping fees

  • A restocking fee of 20%, where applicable

We will contact you if your order is returned to us.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Peak periods (such as holidays)

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

happydachy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipping

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@happydachy.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist.

After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy once received.
