We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Once assessed, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or repair as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Return shipping will be covered by us for approved faulty items.
Sale Items
Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
